Lifelong learning programme in 2012

The European Commission has published the general call for proposals for 2012 in the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme (LLP). The funding priorities for next year include: develop strategies for lifelong learning and mobility; encourage cooperation between the worlds of education, training and work; support initial and continuous training of teachers, trainers and education and training institutions' managers; promote the acquisition of key competences throughout the education and training system and promote social inclusion and gender equality in education and training, including the integration of migrants and Roma.

Additionally the DG Education and Culture, together with the Executive Agency, is organising an Infoday on the LLP in 2012 on 28 October. The event will be webstreamed so that all people interested in receiving practical advice on the submission of proposals and grant management can participate.
